David Stern eulogized on NBA uniforms.

After former NBA Commissioner David Stern passed away on New Year's Day, NBA teams will be wearing a black memoriam band on their jerseys (left shoulder strap) in his honor for the remainder of the current season.

great man, did so much for the NBA and was nice and generous with his time with me on the 3 occasions i met him
