Reason For Site Being Down on April 20

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know the reason the website was down yesterday. The company that hosts our servers had a power outage at around 4:30 am EST. While the power was restored later in the day, there was an issue with the communication of our site with the database server that prevented the site from coming online.

After a full day of working with the server host company, as well as our developers, we were finally able to get the site back online.
