Hi All, hoping for some help/guidance on this bat...is it a show model or game issued?

Bat is 34 inches, weights 32oz, appears to have 86-89 labelling, but i've never seen another one like this game used or show model. Any help/background is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
