I was on a tight budget at the Cubs Convention, but was able to snag a 2017 Cubs road jersey of #35, bullpen coach Lester Strode. It's been 4 years since I've been to a Cubs game where I saw the Cubs take BP, but Lester was a buddy of mine in the 1990s when I was at most Cubs home (and a few road) BPs. I even kept him from getting clocked by a foul ball during one BP in the 1990s by catching it before it hit him. Glad to have it.
