Nomar Garciaparra Dodgers game worn jersey offered by Historic Auctions on eBay...

Historic Auctions just listed a Nomar Garciaparra game used 2006 Dodgers jersey on eBay and is it just me, or does the "0062" tag look as if it is stitched on the seam instead of in it?

nice catch. this seems like the 6th or 7th jersey in recent memory from historic that has had the tag sewn on top of the seam.

while i'm accustomed to seeing such things from historic, what perplexes me is the fact that a forum member just returned a jersey to historic for this very reason. see:

as i understand it then, a forum member just recently returned a jersey with this very issue and pointed out to them that this had occurred on other jerseys they'd sold. after they're informed of this and refund his money, they go ahead and offer another one?!

I like to refer to Rob's website as a reference point. Nomar's 2006 road gamer has a set tag with year and the jersey has length added.
