Baltimore-area peeps

I haven't been able to find confirmation of this yet, but according to the link below, Ripken and Ironclad are doing another big show in Baltimore in 2008. I'm assuming (and hoping) they'll try to get everyone from the 1983 team to come, since it will be the 25th anniversary of their WS win. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to start looking for some sweet Benny Ayala and Lynn Sakata game-used items.

O's, Ravens, and Wahoos, baby. With the exception of 1983 and 2000, it's been a rather depressing 30 years or so.

Before the Nats came to DC, I used to attend the O's fanfest. Nice way to get some great autographs. The Orioles put on a good show for their fans. I've been to CY a few times to see the O's and Yankees. Always a great time there.

While 2008 will be indeed the 25th Anniversary of the last championship team, Ripken/Ironclad brought the majority of the '83 team to last January's "Baseball's Best" Show @ the Convention Center and I'm not sure they are going to repeat that again in '08..
