Need help with tagging.....

Can any of the more knowledgable jersey owners comment on this 1989 Charlie "Liebrandt" jersey?
The name is misspelled on the jersey, but it seems the tagging is fine.
Can you help Howard?

A large quantity of Royals jerseys were sold by the team to Blue Chip Sports back in the early 1990's, when Paul Kinzer was the owner. All had the names removed off the back. Paul had them restored, however, some had the vertical arch lettering done incorrectly (the actual arch, size of lettering, etc.). Likewise, when you compare the material usage of the letters to the numbers below or front lettering, it will appear to be newer.

I'd be willing to bet that this particular jersey has the name restored, and restored incorrectly in terms of style and spelling. Notice how the arch on this shirt has some of the letters "taller" on the top than others, as in the R and A. The vertical arch should be perfectly rounded-this is not the case with this shirt.

I'd be curious about the wear on the name as compared to the other tackle twill material.
