Mastro - 2003 Delgado jersey

this is the third 2003 delgado jersey i've seen that's the wrong size and is missing the typical year/set strip tag. it's an incredible coincidence that all of these incorrectly sized jerseys are from 2003 and are all missing the strip tag.
