Guys,
I hope you get your lists, but if you click of gameused101's public profile its says: Last Activity: 10-17-2007 07:21 PM
Which looks like the day he posted in this thread.
Anyway, Good Luck!

Always looking for game used bats from Andre Dawson, Ryne Sandberg, Mark Grace, Jody Davis, Shawon Dunston, Jerome Walton, Rick Sutcliffe, and Greg Maddux. Preferably CUBS era bats.

I was gonna ask if anyone had received a list from this guy.
I still need a few Cardinals bats
Gary Bennett
Scott Spiezio
Adam Kennedy
Thanks!
Joe -
I wonder how many bats Adam used in 2007 - considering how little contact he made...you might have to wait until the season at the authentics store - they had a few last year.
On a side note - an unused (non Rawlings) bat from Kennedy was the the bay...I suppose you saw it - they were asking $60.
Saw that one. Jeff said that he never heard of that company or if they are even MLB approved so I let it go. Do you know if the Authentcs store is open in the offseason? I know they had a Spiezio at the WWU. 200 bucks though
Pat Daly is usually in his office during the day - I have talked to him about other things they offer (balls, bases). Could not hurt. Although I think they might have put the whole stock out for the warmup...
Anyway - you know I will pick one up for you if I see one there...and Jeff would too. I guess it's whichever one of us has the opp. first.
Do you have any idea how many Cardinal bats that Will Clark ordered/had/used etc? I know he used to have one maple C271.
If you want photos, email me at, woodbat@bellsouth.net
Think you will find Will's Cardinal bats a little scarce.....

Here are some shots of my Will Clark uncracked game bat. Have never seen another Cardinal bat of his. You all know he had more than one bat while playing in StL. Also this is a LS and I think most of his bats were AD? If anyone has his Cardinal LS bat order records, would appreciate the info. This was bought in 2002 and was a bit expensive, but I have found that if an opportunity presents itself, need to act. Have missed some bats, never to have seen again, waiting for "a better deal" to come along.
Any questions, email me woodbat@bellsouth.net
ALso need to mention bat is NFS.........
Don
i would also love to know how you got the will clark cards bat and how much you had to pay for it........ the only one i have ever seen is in the cards hall of fame........ please let me know how you got it please thank you......
bigtruck260 and kj33706 et al,
Appreciate your comments on the bat. Can tell you I paid 200$, doesn't seem like that much now, but 2002 was different. Knew my job after 35 years was on the way across the pond.......... The bat came from a collector in AZ. He had only one and didn't ever get a story as to how he came by it. But as I said earlier, Will didn't just have ONE Cardinal bat. So where are the others? Did Will keep them? I need to see if Jeff can get me his LS bat orders. I hope one of these days Dave Jackson can get Will to a StL show and I will ask him to sign the bat and tell me a story.
Some players just keep all their stuff. As a side bar, I have a Cardinal Bob McClure bat, he did a show in StL in 2002, so I carried the bat up to get it signed. He looked at at and started asking where I got it as he said he thought he had all his bats........And I have never seen another Bob McClure Cardinal bat. In summary, in twenty plus years of Cardinal bat collecting, I have learned that if a bat presents itself and you have any idea that it might be one that you could use. Need to go for it.... Suppose I had passed on the Clark and McClure????????
Am thankful that my little area of NW TN was spared of the storms on Super Tuesday. Much tragedy and deaths in West Tennessee..
Some folks might not appreciate the McClure story - but I do. I would love to see some pics of your collection sometime. You would be doing the Cards collecting community a real service. There is no doubt in my mind you have some of the most sought after rarities around.
Will Clark - you are kidding me. I am still astounded.
