Gehrig autographed bat in Coach's Corner auction

I'm looking for opinions about the Lou Gehrig autographed bat up for auction this week at Coach's Corner auctions www.myccsa.com It comes with a COA from STAT AUTHENTIC, but I have some questions about the autograph.

I read the interview in SCD with the STAT AUTHENTIC guys, but that sure didn't make me rest any easier. Your thoughts on the bat and/or the authenticators would be appreciated.
