List of all Varations of Red Sox Jerseys 1979 to 2005

Hello, I am hoping there is some one who can help me. I was born in 1979 and i am trying to complete a run of 1 of every red sox jersey from then thru current day. I like the hof web site but find it lacking. For instance in 2002 the red sox wore 5 different jerseys that i can recall.

1 home pre ted williams death
2 home post ted williams death
3 road pre ted williams death
4 road post ted williams death
5 negro league jersey worn @ skydome

the hof website list only 2 jerseys for 2002 if there is anyone who can help me put together a complete list it would be great. thanks

1975 - The MASSACHUSETTS Bicentennial patch.
1987 - Fenway Park 75th Anniversary Patch.
1992 - "JRY" Initials with armband.
1994 - MLB 125th Anniversary Patch.
1997 - Jackie Robinson patch.
1999 - All-Star game patch
2001 - American League 100 Season patch.
2002 - Ted Williams memorial armband late in the seaon.
2005 - Opening game at Fenway only, they wore a "World Series Champions 2004" patch. The trim on their jerseys were "gold" not blue. Awesome stuff.

Thanks for the list the sox also wore black armbands in 1990. Also 2005 there are 2 jerseys for opening day the gold ring cermony and the non gold game worn with 2004 ws champs patch.

Anyone know the dates of the games they wore the patches for cancer.?

1976 - Tom Yawkey memorial armband

72-78 - home white pullover
73-78 - road gray pullover
79-present - home white button-up
79-89 - road grey button-up
1990 - present - road grey button-up. 'boston' font changed
2003 - ? - red alternate

2004, 2005 - st.patrick's day green jerseys. these may have been worn
in other years as well.

Anyone Know when BP jerseys came into play?

in general, BP shirts first came into play in the early-mid 80s. each team varies. for the red sox, i believe they first came in in 1985.

Thanks Rudy do you know of anyone who might have a list of the BP jerseys? I have tried to use Getty but have had no luck. I have heard something about Henderson data base but have been unable to locate that. I want to try and get a complete set off all different Red Sox Jerseys from the year i was born thru current day.

1985-89 - pullover BP (with "red socks" emblem)
mid-80s - half-zip alternate BP
1989-2002 - pullover BP (with "red sox" wordmark)
2003 - red BP with white nob and numbers
2004 - 2006 - red BP with blue nob and numbers
2007 - red coolbase
2007 - blue coolbase
