Question about a David Wright Marucci bat

I just received an interesting bat from Steiner. It's a game used David Wright Marucci which is stamped "T" on the knob instead of the manufacture date and it has an uncupped barrel end much like his Rawlings Adirondack bats. David's number 5 is written on the barrel end with a small "T" above the number.

Any thought on this? Rob from LRM have you ever come across this type of David Wright Marucci?

    Thanks in advance!

Re: Question about a David Wright Marucci bat

Here's a photo of the knob and barrel end of this Wright Marucci bat.

Note the "T" in place of the typical manufacture mm - dd - yy. The barrel end is also non-cupped which is not norm on David's bats. The barrel end is actually similar to the Rawlings he used to use.

I was finally actually able to get someone to talk to a Marucci and was able to send them this photo. I'm hoping to get more information on this bat. All i got so far was it definitely came from their shop and was made for David but not much info on why the deviation.
