wow...two of my friends calling me on the Favre! They are both correct. The jersey is team issued (did get it from a friend at the Jets). The name came later...call it a "poor man's" Favre. A jersey that will remain in the personal collection. Sorry I was misleading.....

Just spoke to someone who just sold one Favre's early Jets gamers for $6500.00.

No hard feelings....I did not intend to mislead anyone regarding the Favre Jets jersey. I should have been more clear on my posts. Just thought it was a fun item to share with everyone. I respect both of your opinions here. However hope you both understand how I took it when I read it...sometimes text can come across more harsh than it was intended to.

Again...my apologies to all the readers of this thread if I mislead anyone regarding my Favre jersey....it was not intended to be that.

Picked up this 2004 Randy Moss game used jersey. Came with Vikings COA stating "#84 Randy Moss Game-Worn jersey 11/28/04 vs Jaguars." I believe I have a photomatch as well (Getty #51799912). Look at the marks on the front #4 and the loose thread on the bottom of the front #4 as well.

Tell me about the Ronnie Brown helmet. I have a couple of his jerseys. Both came from the NFL Auction. The 05 Rookie was used vs the Chargers, 12/11/05. The 06 was used in vs the Patriots, 10/8/60 and vs the Packers, 10/22/06.

Yeah...I hope I wasn't misleading with the "game issue" tag? I realize this jersey is nothing close to what he wore on the field? obviously his sleeves were massive, and in most cases cut. But this one is signed by boomer...not that he wouldn't sign a jersey that wasn't his, but I would think that it was "issued/cut" in some manner? Anyhow, I'm not trying to pawn this off as anything, and I should probably consult NYJETSFAN14 on this, given he is the Ny Jets jersey guru. But this is by far the most "suspicious" jersey in my collection...

A friend of mine was hired by the Dolphins last year ...he has followed Parcells around the league, coming from the Cowboys, and previously the Jets. He grew up with a business associate of mine, and donates items to a charity golf outing every year. He offered up this helmet in a silent auction, it's from 2007, the year Ronnie was injured.
