Anyone had problem with American Memorabilia before?

Sorry to tell this, American Memorabilia auction rip off my money

I bidded Isiah Thomas jersey in 10th, Oct. but it was outbid.

However, almost 1 month after auction closed, they charged $701 from my credit card which I wrote in sign-up form without any notice.

If I won that item, I should get it already, but I haven't get any.

So I sent complaint e-mails serveral time, but they never sent any reply.

Now I'm about to ask my credit card company to solve my problem..

If anyone has similar problem with American Memorabilia Auction, let me know..

Call them and ask to speak directly with Kieta. She takes a lot of grief here on the forum, but she's always helped me with any issue I've had. Sometimes, I've felt she's the only one there that knows anything.
