The buyer claims the jersey is game used and then says it is as rare as game used and then it actually was never game worn and lastly it certainly is a genuine item. He can't guarantee it though because he didn't get it from Arod or the Yankees. He certainly has been around enough though to know the difference.

Wow, this certainly is a great one. I particularly liked:

Hmmmm... No Russell "R" on the arm... well, of course not... the jersey is made by Majestic!!! lol He then goes on to talk about the "Russell Majestic tag"...
For a guy who claims to be "in the business long enough", you would think he would know that Majestic and Russell are 2 different companies???

I won't go into the fact that Russell stopped supplying jerseys to the Yankees before Arod joined the team... or the fact that a 2006 game issue should come with a Steiner letter. That all might be too complicated for him.
