Did Starter make Reds jackets?

I seem to recall sev. Reds jackets made by Starter w/names embroidered on the back from the Riverfront Stadium sale..I believe these were made for & used during the early '90s?..I purchased sev. but have since sold them, 1 I remember was Tim Layana, can't remember the others off hand.
