Lot 211. Wade Boggs 1989 Game Used All Star Bat

I received an email last night on the 89 Large Label Louisville Bat All-Star/Post Season. It came from Wade and was given to a photographer who worked for the Red Sox. It was given to him during Spring Training in 1990. This photographer also sold other items on ebay over the past three year. Back brace and a Rawlings bat from 90 or 91. Please see photos.

Also this is NOT the bat Wade hit the home run with during the All-Star game in 1989. That bat was given to the Hall of Fame.

Guys - I actually owned this bat at one time and sold it to Rich - its rock solid. I bought it directly from the photographer Rich has mentioned - he had a very close relationship with Wade Boggs and I spent hours on the phone with him hearing many stories about the Red Sox clubhouse from this era. This is a great bat for anyone who is interested. Jim
