Surprise-Misleading G/U Swatch

We kind of surmised that this could be going on but this seller includes in his discription that the three game used pieces on the card are NOT from Catfish Hunter.
....."Catfish Hunter, with serial #08/15, featuring three patched swatches from a game-worn Oakland road gray jersey....."
"FROM A" GAME-WORN OAKLAND ROAD GRAY JERSEY" not "Catfish Hunter's game worn jersey?

On the card it states;Absolute Memorabilia Catfish Hunter

I'm sure they just left out "of his" and assumed it would be understood. There definitely have been incorrect jerseys inserted into cards, however; some Babe Ruth jersey pieces, for example, have had an incorrect width of pinstripe.
