The other side of the Mitchell Report
A lot of focus has been on who items will be devalued from the Mitchell Report. However I think in certain circumstances the Mitchell Report will actually help the value of some players.
For instance I have a Dan Naulty game used jersey (had two but sold one to a friend). Ask baseball fans who Dan Naulty is and most won't have a clue. I contend that being named on the Mitchell Report connects Naulty with something much larger than his baseball career, with a part of baseball history.
Then to top that off this story with run in the local paper.

Not that I am too worried about it though. The jersey holds it's value for other reasons.
Am I off base in this assertion? It just seems like the Mitchell Report will hurt the star player's prices but could help the no name player's prices.Wanted: Minnesota Twins throwback or special event jerseys.
