Football info needed (Team LOA's Question)

For all you football jersey collectors.....I need some assistance. What year did the Dallas Cowboys begin providing any type of LOA's with their game worn jerseys? Also....does anyone have a 2002 jersey from the Cowboys (I would like to know what type of tagging etc are on the jersey). Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Sorry, I missed this post or I would have posted sooner.

This Cowboy cert. is from a jersey that I purchased in May of 2001. I purchased it directly off the Cowboys web site. It has a Dallas Cowboy stamp embossed on the page. I tried to photo it. Hope this helps.
