Pre-WWII japanese american baseball jerseys
Anyone out there collect pre-WWII Japanese American baseball memorabilia?? I have two jerseys that I got years ago and was wondering if they had any worth. One is from the 1937 Alameda Kono All-Star team (see links)

The other is of a 1930's amateur team from Alameda, CA that was called "Hayashi Florist". Harry Kono who sponsored the 1937 All-Star team owned a Florist shop of the same name too. I was able to find that out by asking the current owner of the flower shop that was owned by Kono prior to WWII.
Any insight would be appreciated and I can send or post pics on Monday when I'm back at work if anyone is interested.

Re: Pre-WWII japanese american baseball jerseys
Hi Scott, I don't have any bats or photos. Just the two jerseys. Not sure if I want to sell them but you can have him contact me anyhow. It would be more convenient if you can just have him e-mail me and I can send him photos too since I wasn't able to post any just yet. Thanks.

I'd like to see photos of the tagging on the shirts. The team photos are cool. I bet the jerseys are too...
