How do you get game used stuff?

I was wondering how you get your game used stuff from players? Like what you say to players and things like that. I know of Ebay, but there must be other ways.

Getting it DIRECTLY from the player themselves seems pretty hard to do, unless you're a little kid trying to get a cracked bat during a game, but there are companies that get game used memorabilia direct from the players. Here are a few:
