Yankees BP Jerseys - Help Needed

In putting together a list tracking the various commemorative and memorial patches/armbands, etc... worn by the Yankees over the years, I could use some assistance with respect to BP jerseys.

For the most part, patches and armbands have been used on home/road jerseys, but in some instances they've also made it to BP jerseys. For example:

1998 Shane Spencer BP - Yankee Stadium 75th Anniv. Patch


1999 Spring Jerseys - Joe D Memorial #5


But not here in '99 during the regular season:


or here during the '99 postseason:


However I do recall that I've seen black armbands occasionally affixed to Yankees' BP jerseys. I just didn't make note of the year of the jerseys at the time.

If anyone has any insight thay they'd like to share it would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a scan of a DiMaggio patch on my Yankees BP jersey. Before my purchase, I always thought the number was sewn directly onto the jersey.

When I received the jersey, I was very surprised to see that the "5" was sewn onto a circular patch and the patch was then sewn onto the jersey.
