    HOUSTON SPORTS INVESTMENT aka egameused.com

I am submitting this new thread so collectors can understand the seriousness of this situation.
A well known collector/dealer Chris Boyd from HOUSTON SPORTS INVESTMENT aka www.egameused.com has bought this:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=8732012225

and then sold it as this. Pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to the description:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Albert-Pujols-20...QQcmdZViewItem

Chris Boyd from egameused.com aka HOUSTON SPORTS INVESTMENT has brushed this off as simple misunderstanding on his part.

    WHAT DO YOU THINK!?

I feel this is very important because this is the first time a reputable dealer MIGHT have been caught red-handed dealing fraudelent memorabilia on the forum. Forget about the re-applying the pinetar and fixing the crack. Pay attention to the wording!
    BUYER BEWARE!

    Fraudbuster,

This is not the first time a so called legit dealer was caught red-handed dealing fraudelent memorabilia.

On the old game used forum site, I posted about a game used Larry Walker Cardinals game used bat that I won on ebay from a Cardinals dealer who list items on this forum. When I asked the dealer how the bat was obtained, he said he got it directly from Larry Walker himself! Which turend out to be a lie.

The Larry Walker M-9 bat originated from the FanZone, the Cardinals team store in Busch Stadium and was sold with a COA stating that the bat was a Larry Walker bat used by Matt Morris and the knob was doctored to look as if Larry Walker was the only player that used this bat.

If you look at the photo of the end of knob, originally there was Larry Walkers uniform number 33 written in the middle of the knob, Matt Morris obtained the bat and blacked out one 3 and wrote 5 on the far right (it's blacked out in the photo) for his uniform number 35.

After the bat was bought at fanzone the number 5 was blacked out on the far end and the number 3 added on the far left, for Larry Walkers number 33. This was confirmed by Brian Finch Assistant Curator for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Heres the links that explains it all:
