Huge Babe Ruth bat
At the Baseball as America exhibit of artifacts from the baseball Hall of Fame they had a bat Babe Ruth used during the 1927 season and a huge 54 ounce bat Ruth had ordered in 1921 that made his 1927 bat look like a tooth pick. I wondered if there was any record of Ruth actually using the 54 ounce bat in games? It would be like swinging a telephone poll. Both bats were Louisville Sluggers.
