Antique Catchers Mask?

Any information on the attached photo of a vintage or antique mask? My brother bought it from a lady who sells antiques and has no idea what it is. Is it indeed a vintage catchers mask or something entirely different? Thanks.

Scottanservitz, I usually sell them for $25 to $35 but the one you pictured looks older than the ones I've handled. Only sharing my experience, others may have gotten more or less for them.
