I'm going to a couple Houston Astros spring training games this season and I was going to try and see if I could get a couple game used bats or jerseys to try and get signed. Already picked up a Carlos Lee game used bat (thanks Zookerman) and am looking for the following players:

frikativ54 - Sweet bat but I'm looking more for just regular game used bats. Its a lot more fun when you obtain the autograph in person than already buying it with the auto. Thanks though!

I see you collect Astros game used bats. I'm looking for a Pete Ladd game used bat. He pitched for the Astros in 1979. If you don't have one can you tell me where I might be able to find one.

That's really awesome. How do you track Pence down for photos? He refused (and was quite rude about it) at a signing I went to last August. Any tips you have would greatly be appreciated, as I seem to be one of the only people who has had a bad experience with Hunter Pence. He's an awesome player, and I would love to get a picture with him.

I've heard a couple bad stories about him but to be honest, he was a really great guy both days I've gone to the workouts. Both days he made sure to sign for everyone who wanted his autograph. The first day there was really only about 10-20 people or so but the second day there was a good 50-100 people and he signed for everyone and was very willing to take pictures with you.
