Hello all,

I am now thinking about getting a couple bats authenticated by MEARS (as I loved the thoroughness seen in the SCDA stuff and MEARS is what they have become). However I have sent a contact request a couple of times with a slow response (none yet). Does anyone have good things to say about MEARS or even bad things or experiences? I just want to make an educated decision. One person I know says he won't trust anyone other than John Taube (who I beleive is with PSA DNA), but I don't PSA's documentation is as thorough, although Taube may be the best authenticator person in the business. I don't know....let me know. Thanks!

If you will contact me privately, I will put you in touch directly with Dave Grob from MEARS. I know he has a pretty strict policy re: rapid response time for customer contacts and it could just be that there were some issues with your contact requests getting through their system.
