I would be interested to know what team was the last to use screened on identifiers. I know the Jets final season for screening was 1994 (excluding their throwbacks). Anyone know of a team using screened identifiers later than that?
I believe that the last NFC team to wear screened-on numbers and lettering on the nameplates was the Washington Redskins in 2000, and the last AFC teams to do so were the Buffalo Bills and San Diego Chargers in 2001.

Wow, that's much later than I would have guessed Mark! I have perplexed more than one football game worn collector by indicating my preference for the screened on indentifier gamers over the sewn on identifier gamers...a lot of that due to my belief that screened ons tend to exhibit/show more number wear. Anyhow, as always thanks for the good info Mark and have a pleasant week.
