You really should search the forum with the search feature for Bernie Gernay (spelling I believe), PSI, Professional Sports Investments. You'll get a ton more info, certainly not all positive.

I have bought lots of game used NFL gear from PSI over the last few years....especially Jets stuff....all of it is rock solid...Photo-matchable....The added benefit for me is that I get scoop of what's happening with the team as PSI deals directly with the players and coaches....I am not a Giant fan but I know PSI has cracked this team as well. IMHO you are buying form someone with integrity...who also happens to be a collector....Happy Collecting...

yes except for the short sleeves on every peyton manning jersey and the wrong font letters on nameplates, etc.

Don't want to "poison the well" with my experiences or opinions here, just use the search feature, and you'll find less than pristine opinions and cases regarding items sold by PSI.

Re: Pro Sports Investmenst (psi)_
even among the worst of the worst, i've yet to find a dealer who doesn't occasionally mix in some good stuff. i'm sure even broadway rick has, at some point in his life, stumbled backwards onto a legit jersey. if it was all bad, then it'd be too easy to tell. if you mix in some good, then the good stuff takes the doubt away from the bad. dealers know how human psychology works; "hmm is this barry bonds jersey any good? well the jeff kent jersey he has looks great so the bonds is probably good too". people love to think in terms of absolutes (a dealer either sells all good stuff or all bad) but reality usually doesn't pan out in absolutes.
anyway, for me bernay is summed up by the time he publically expressed serious concerns about short-sleeved manning jerseys and then turned around a couple months afterwards and proceeded to positively authenticate them for historic.
bernie denounces short-sleeved mannings: http://www.gameuseduniverse.com/vb_f...read.php?t=670
bernie then authenticates the very short-sleeved mannings he earlier denounced: http://www.historicauctions.com/inde...uctionid=32925
previously i gave my bernay gernay top 10. here it is again:
