Missed opportunity on "g/u" Maddux jersey

Aside from a missing 2" extra length tag, doesn't look like much of a difference between this funky ebay Maddux that just ended at $210 and the funky one Mastro sold in Nov. 2006 for about $1,300. Both are Russell size 44. The ebay Maddux comes with a "game issued" COA from the Braves but the seller later claims it's game used.

I noticed the game issued LOA too and e-mailed the seller but no response
