These individuals are out of Italy.

They have had quite a few scams on eBay that thankfully were ended by eBay. They like to copy photos from other auctions / sites and try to get these auctions through eBay before they are shut down.

Here are three previous eBay auctions that they tried to scam people with, and some e-mails sent from them.
