Besides Mo, I think the only Yankees wearing 42 were Jeter and Robinson Cano.

in celebrations and discussions of breaking the color barrier in baseball, i find it odd that practically all of the credit goes to robinson with nary a mention of branch rickey. as great as robinson was, he didn't or couldn't singlehandedly break the barrier by drafting himself, promoting himself to the majors, and inserting himself into the lineup. rickey was the first GM to draft and play an african-american and so it seems to me that he's as responsible for breaking the barrier as robinson, if not more. not to take away from robinson's impressive accomplishments on and off the field but there were likely dozens of negro league players who would've (and could've) played in the majors. seemingly however there was only 1 GM who actually made the controversial decision. it'd be nice for the MLB to incorporate some recognition of branch rickey's efforts alongside robinsons' during the anniversary.

From the Diamondbacks, I think it was Orlando Hudson, Eric Byrnes, Justin Upton, Chris Young, and 1B Coach Lee Tinsley.
