Spanjian tags. Looks like it was made for whatever year the all star game was in Phoenix. Seller is 100% legit. Bought and sold from this seller many, many times. Very trustworthy dude!

All star teams used to use jerseys styled after the jerseys of the host city. And used the same mfg. I am sure these Spanjian shirts were supplied by Marston Supply in Phoenix.
