I don't have and answer for you but it would depend on what team and what era the helmet was used. It's probably safe to say early Bonds Pirate helmets were smaller sized then later Giant ( pun intend) ones.

According to "Game of Shadows" Barry Bonds' cap size has grown from 7 1/8 when he joined the Giants in 1993 to 7 1/4 when the book was released. They also noted that he started shaving his head during this time period so that may have some effect on the cap size during the time period. Not sure exactly what year he started shaving his head. Hope this helps.

I have 3 Game used giants helmets 1993, 2000, 2002. The size of each helmet is 7 1/4. I have several game used hats Pirates 7 1/ 8 and Giants 7 1/4. Hope this helps
