Good eye, David! I was wondering if the auction would show up GUU! I had sent my friend, Mark, one of the bats I used (and my card) from my Dodgertown camp earlier this year in Vero Beach. I told Mark about this site, but I'm not sure if he posts or not. He's an avid Dodgers (and Rams) game used collector, and we've kept in touch since our first eBay transaction back in 1999.

Joel, no make an offer option on this auction. Mark set a high bid probably because no one would go for it! However, if any of you would like to make a bid... Actually, I'm surprised that it's received over 100 hits. The auction, that is, not the bat!

Scott, thanks for the 30th round reference! Even Piazza went in the 52nd round in his respective year!

BTW, I remember that someone on this site had attended a baseball camp. If anyone else gets the chance I highly recommend it. I've always wanted to do the Dodgers camp, and this was the last year the Dodgers would be in Vero Beach. I didn't want to miss the opportunity to experience the Dodgertown tradition. I'd do another Dodger camp again. Too bad it will be in Arizona at a shared facility with another MLB team.
