MYSTERY Jersey: Brooks Robinson -baseball or basketball?

Picked up a few jerseys in Vancouver second hand stores this week and also one on Ebay that I would appreciate some help with. "Both-Teams"...these are up your alley!

Well made jersey with unusual numbering style, durene materials and a great Brooks Robinson tag. What sport? Baseball allstar (highschool, college?...or basketball warm up)

Now that's a sweet jersey! Short-sleeved basketball game jersey, not a warm-up. Must be from Maryland area...Made by Powers, with Brooks distributor tags. Maybe some of our friends from Maryland/D.C. could offer some guesses.

P.S. its a hoop jersey because of the tapered sleeves.
