2001 ARod Rangers jersey Vintage Authentics

I am not familiar with Meigrey tagging and was wondering if there should be an inventory number with this. Sorry so late, just saw it.

I think they started in in 2003. Do a search and you'll find some great info on this topic.

Keep in mind now that the Rangers in the past and are currently selling blank gamers in the pro shop. You can get 2000 and up blank jerseys with set tags. So it would be quite easy to walk into the Rangers store.. buy a size 48 jersey..get it lettered and #'ed and there you go..you have a game used jersey. These jerseys are all Set 1's and Set 2's. So now you have to be even more careful with Rangers stuff... the blanks with set tags sell for $79.00 and they have Home White, Away Grey, and Blue Alts.

I don't believe they started using the inventory tag until the 2002 season.
