How much are Akinori Iwamura G/U Cleats worth?

I have a chance to buy some cleats of Devil Rays Second Baseman Akinori Iwamura! I have not seen them yet, but was told they are Nike's and they're autographed. One of the cleats is torn at the sole. They are from the 2007 season.

Does it affect the value if one of the cleats are torn from use?

I have never bought a pair of cleats yet.

The more use the better on cleats and shoes, wouldn't want a shiny clean pair at all in my opinion.

Not sure on value, but I think I paid around $150 for cleats with great use and signed. Hope that helps a little.
