ABA jersey?
I'm assuming this is not an old Memphis Pros/Tams/Sounds/whatever ABA jersey, but am running by you all just in case. The description says Jimmy Jones is the originator of the jersey, but I can't find a jersey match.

Re: ABA jersey?
#15 is the correct number for Jones and the uni colors seem to match

Re: ABA jersey?
I saw the same jersey on eBay and have posted a scan from that auction. I checked some old ABA sites and the style offered on the eBay auction does not match any examples that I can find. It's a pretty cool looking jersey and it will be interesting to see the final price and who winds up with the jersey.
The Wilson tag is 74-77 vintage.

Re: ABA jersey?
I'm running late. Someone do a search of "memphis pros" on this forum. I helped a forum member by posting photos of this jersey more than a year ago. I think it is Memphis State Tigers. MSU did use dark blue in the early 70s.

Re: ABA jersey?
I don't think it's an ABA jersey, or I would think it would have gone for $2,650 instead of $265. But it's still an interesting mystery as to where its from.
And yes, I'm from Topeka, Kansas. There's one city that looks very cool across a jersey front. I Even convinced my son's baseball coach to put Topeka on the jersey front instead of the team name they came up with. When we got to tournaments the team looked pretty sweet compared to the "CRUSH" and other such nonsense that was on the other team unis.
Sorry for the off topic jersey diversion.
