Can anyone tell me what year this Brian Dowing Bat I have is from?
Hi there,
Could someone please possiby tell me what year this Brian Downing bat is from? Trying to pin point it. Thank you.

Can you say or show a picture of the knob of the bat it will have the year stamped into the knob.

There has to be some smaller numbers on the knob below the ones you already mentioned. Let us know what they say and we can help more.

Jamie is correct. The labeling of your Downing bat is from the 1983-1986 Rawling Adirondack period. There should be a 3 digit lot code followed by either a 3,4,5, or 6 after it. These series of numbers should be located under or above the BD05.
I did however once own a 1985 Darrly Strawberry Rawlings Adirondack with only the model number 113A stamped on the knob.

Just received the Brian Downing bat, the number under BD05 in small numbers states 358 6
