I just wanted to publicly thank Andrew at Mears for his help on getting me the mears paperwork on the gloves I bought. They arrived today priority mail, once again showing why Mears is such a great asset to this industry! Thanks Chris for all your help!!!
I'm having a big problem with an item I bought from him. I bought the Tony Gwynn Jr. hat from him back on 9/16/08. I paid him that night through PayPal and I still haven't received the hat. I seen him at a Brewers game a couple of nights later after I bought the hat. He told me he sent the hat. Now it's over 2 weeks later and still no hat. I email him asking what's going on but he doesn't email me back. What a jerk!!
What do I do??

You have to request a refund from paypal. Its unfortunate that the guy has mistreated so many members and burnt so many bridges. He seemed to have some good items but just decided to ignore his clients instead of deal with them. Your best recourse is to get your money back from paypal and never deal with the seller again.
Thanks to everyone who for your help and insight on this GUU member. I'm going to give it a couple of days, if I don't receive that by then I will go ahead and file a complaint with PayPal.
