Im pretty sure I already know that this must be some type of store model bat, due to the price I payed for it, However I was wondering I anyone could shed some more light. I think its a 70-79 style adirondack bat and the model number is right for what Joe used, but the 302 has a letter in front and behind it P & F... Any help would be great! Thanks

Re: What Did I Just Buy?? Please Help
Adirondack never used F on game used bats also they never had the P302 during the 1970's.Comment

Mike,
Would you put "E" model numbered Adirondacks in the same category of the "C","D" bats?
Thanks,

Tony,
The Bench and Rose bats have pre HB (1979) ovals but only geninue over the players names. These bats are show bats made for autographs.

I think you meant to say "post" HB ovals; labeling period appears to be 1983-1985 (although I agree that they are retail/show bats)Comment
