Re: Jersey Display Cases
Jays1fan - I know this has taken much longer than I thought, but I did the rods, and here is a pic - I think it looks MUCH MUCH better!! The Aluminum (so they won't rust) rods, they are 2ft long and 1/8 inch thick. They definately make the jersey display wider, goes further down the sleeve. I did put masking tape over the ends of the rods so the rods won't tear through the jersey. I also added the hook on the side of the locker to hang hats or anything else.Comment

Re: Jersey Display Cases
Bigstig .. Looks Great ! I wish I had the room to do 4 of them.
I may have to go with building the Lockers like another guy did on here so I can make them 20 inches wide. I wish I could do the slat wall idea but it costs too much. I hate having 4 great jerseys and not being able to display them at the moment.Comment

Re: Jersey Display Cases
bow down to the king!!!...wow,that is the most impressive display ive ever seen...i am so jealousI have to get some better lighting in my basement, but these pics will have to do. I just built seven "lockers" in my basement. I just framed them up with 2x4's and then used tongue and groove (pine) carsiding...just like the cieling. I think it ended up looking pretty cool. Easy to do and relatively inexpensive.Comment
