Justin Upton #42 jersey
Currently on MLB.com under the Dbacks auctions is a Justin Upton #42 Jackie Robinson day jersey. Didn't this just get aucitoned off about a month or so ago. I saw that it went for $2,400.00 if I'm not mistaken to I believe the winner was masauction...however its up again? Did anyone else notice that? Thats odd, unless the winner didn't pay, whoever won the auciton. Also the Eric Byrnes Pink Bat was auctioned off I believe the same auction and its back up as well....If anyone noticed that too or has any info please advise.

Yes, both sets were worn. I havent been able to prove it, but I think the stars, ie Young, may have worn more than 2.

Re: Justin Upton #42 jersey
I thought that that was possible. But I remember last year they only auctioned off one. But the Eric Byrnes pink bat auctioned off again as well puzzles me. I know he could have used two, but not likely. I appreciate your response. Any other theories?

Re: Justin Upton #42 jersey
Did anyone notice that the Upton jersey and Byrnes pink bat are no longer up on MLB.com auction? I bet it was a computer glitch or error that they were listed and not supposed to be. Interesting....

Re: Justin Upton #42 jersey
I know, I just lost out on it...I was in a bidding war with the winner. I gave up because I want to conserve my funds for a legit McGwire jersey. It was fun because I kept bidding but thought, if I win, cool, if not at least I'm jacking up the price for the poor soul bidding against me.

Re: Justin Upton #42 jersey
I was surprised at how low the Dunn jersey went for. Do you like the #42 jerseys more than the Los D-backs ones?

No, I don't like either. The #42 had good use for only being worn one game, it was pretty dirty. I like normal home jerseys.
