Rondell White Jersey help

Need some help on this jersey, is it authentic? game used? I've found rondell wearing very similar jersey but not sure of its authenticity.

In my opinion, the name "White" is too high on the back of the jersey. Here's where the name is normally positioned:

I also noticed that WHITE is more spread out on the jersey than the one in the picture. Is it possible that if they had more than one jersey that they could have been sewn a little differently like this. Or would they all be the exact same?
