keeping stickers on jerseys

I have several Yankees Steiner game jerseys where the hologram stickers continually fall off the jocktag. Is there a product safe yet strong enough to permanently keep the sticker on without ruining it? thank you

The stickers on some game worn Steiner Mets pants I have also fall off occasionally. I get confused though because I thought they said that once removed, they destruct easily? Not really, I just place them back on.
