Omar Vizquel BP jersey - Made by two manufacturers?

This jersey has both a Majestic tag and a Russell logo (on the sleeve). Also, the seller is listing it as a 1999 jersey, when it has the MLB logo on the collar (2000-later), and there is a missing patch on the right sleeve.kylehess941@hotmail.com

Knowing Kyle, he probably checked Getty or Corbis and saw that in 1999 the Indians had a patch on BP jerseys...
