Where to get a nameplate

Hi, just wondering if someone knew where to go to get a white nameplate with a customzed last name, already have the jersey with no nameplate. Any help would be great.

Before you look anywhere else, I have used a place called Exclusive Pro in Illinois (Google them) to make up a number of nameplates and numerals for authentic jerseys I wanted and they are great. They do MLB-quality work. And the price is right. Hope this helps.

Also, feel free to send them the jersey with the order form and they will affix the nameplate professionally too!

Unless it's an NFL jersey...

EPS will no longer customize NFL jerseys.
