Barry Bonds put a bid into supreme court to sue the Authors of Game of Shadows to not let them profit from the book bcuz he says the allegations are false and the Judge denied his bid.

I thought they said that they wanted to halt profits because the book had information from sealed grand jury testimony. Maybe I am wrong, but I didn't think they were denying the charges - Just that they had information that wasn't to leave the courtroom.

Yup, read the article above. Bonds never denies using the drugs in question.

Bonds' attorneys argued that the authors, publisher Gotham Books, the San Francisco Chronicle and Sports Illustrated, which published excerpts of the book, should be held liable for publishing "illegally obtained grand jury transcripts."
